About Us

Our Story

Melhouse School and Kindergarten started in 2016 when it was established in Marurui as a Daycare Centre. The Daycare was successful as it offered simple daycare facilities with playground and its services included elements of holistic learning. This marked the beginning of the vision for providing primary school education.

Through its 6-year history the institution has transitioned from a Daycare to a pre-primary education centre and now launching to Melhouse School and Kindergarten to offer Early Year Education (Pre-Primary & Lower Primary) and Middle School. The school has been inspected and duly recognized by the Government of Kenya through the Ministry of Education.

We aim to be one of the leading private schools in Kenya and continue relentlessly in our objective focus to provide a stimulating all-round education, coupled with academic excellence through a rigorous academic program based on CBC, experiential programs and a selection of extracurricular activities.

Our teaching staff are passionate about their work and committed to making the best out of their interaction with the children. Indeed we have made this the ideal standard requirement for all Melhouse staff as we cater for children in the critical pre-primary level of schooling.

You are welcome to join our school as a parent and feel free to contact us or visit the school during weekdays from 8am to 5pm.
You can call us or Whatsapp on 0713 366 064.
